Itreefal is a polyherbal preparation that has been used traditionally for several years. It composed of the three medicinal fruits Phyllanthus emblica L. or Emblica officinalis Gaertn. (Euphorbiaceae), Terminalia chebula Retz. (Combretaceae), and Terminalia belerica Retz. (Combretaceae). When combined with the cooling effects of Corriander, Itreefal kashneez is helpful in reducing body heat and related complications

Indications

Effective in headache, catarrh and redness/Irritation of eye’s due to intrinsic heat.
Relieves the feeling of heat radiating from head and extremities (hands and feet).
Effective in flatulence (gas problem) & other associated problems like headache, ear and eye’s pain
Dosage:
10gm (1 teaspoonful) two times a day with water.
OR as directed by the physician
