• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers pay only Rs. 300 delivery charges in advance via QR code.

Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened & Unused Products: Eligible for full refund or replacement within 7 days.
• Defective or Damaged Products: Eligible for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Incorrect Items: Wrong items will be replaced at no extra cost.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging and include all accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
