Suggested Use:
For constipation:
2 teaspoonful with milk or water at bedtime.
For Heatstroke, Acute Thirst, Dysentery, and Acidity:
2 teaspoonful well mixed in one cup of Yogurt twice a day.
The recommended dose for children under 12 years is half of the above dosage.
