Hamdard Balm can be used by either two process.
1. Rub on process: To get relief from blocked nose problem or discomfort in breathing due to blocked nose rub this balm gently on throat area, chest and both side of chest.
2. Inhalation process: To get quick relief from sore throat and congestion pour a teaspoonful amount of Hamdard balm in hot water and inhale natural essences of comforting balm.
